Since 24 September 1999, the fantasy musical about the flamespitting, speaking and flying
"Keeper of the Fire" has found a permanent home, the TheatrO at the CentrO in Oberhausen. With a mixture of rock
music and theatre, the story of "Tabaluga & Lilli", the dragon and the lovely being of ice, is now presented five days
a week, and enchants not only children. For as Erich Kästner said, "only those who grow up but still remain a child are
really human". Sophisticated technology But visitors to the stage spectacle are fascinated not only by the fantastic characters and the music, but also by the sophisticated technology. To put on fire and dragons, it needs more than just experts in pyrotechnics. Part of the action takes place high up in the air, requiring a considerable amount of complicated technical equipment. This is the case, for instance, when the moon and a giant heart drift through the scenery as Tabaluga and Lilli set off to save the Land of Dragons. Vahle had the task of providing the system to steer the aerial ewuipment. To do this, the company supplied the perfect technology, the SMG data system and the U15 power rail, providing electrification and control of the flying moon and the heart. So the fascination of "Tabaluga" is also thanks in part of VAHLE. |
